It is a privilege to represent our incredible Bassendean community & serve as Mayor
During my time as Mayor I’ve led a positive, collaborative Council during a period of transformation towards a more contemporary local government that’s open, inclusive, responsive & facilitates our community’s aspirations.
I’ve prioritised environmental sustainability, social well-being and economic responsibility, greening our streets, enhancing open spaces & progressing projects that strengthen our community, including nature playgrounds & a Men’s Shed, while delivering the Town’s lowest rate rises in many years.
I’ve listened to our residents and will continue to reflect the shared values of our community in shaping a vibrant future for Bassendean that meets the needs of current & future generations and is in harmony with the character and spirit of our Town.
With so much potential still to be realised, I’m grateful for your support to continue building on what we love about Bassendean, together.
